our four levels of service are there to help guide you through the
steps and timelines necessary to get you what you need, when you
need it!
 Bassett
Hound
When you are in no rush for product – but looking for
ideas:
- Tell us the theme of your event, your budget and to whom
you are marketing
- Your event should be about 2-3 months out
- We will email a presentation of ideas to you within 72
hours
- 5% of orders are Basset Hound service

 Retriever
When you need product in less than 20 business days, including
shipping:
- Tell us the theme of your event, your budget and to whom
you are marketing
- Expect an estimate within 48 hours
- Once we receive your signed estimate, we will provide
an art proof
- Allow 10-15 business days for production time
- Allow 3-5 business days for shipping
- 80% of orders are Retriever service

 Jack
Russell
When you need product in less than 10 business days, including
shipping:
- Jack Russell service is RUSH service and in many cases
may require a 10% to 20% rush charge
- Tell us the theme of your event, your budget and to whom
you are marketing
- You must provide proper print ready vector art (.eps or
.ai)
- Expect an estimate within 12 hours or sooner
- In some cases you will need to waive seeing an art proof
- In some cases, rush shipping may be necessary
- 10% of orders are Jack Russell service

 Greyhound
When you need product in less than 5 business days,
including shipping:
- Greyhound is SUPER DUPER RUSH service and in many cases
will require a 20% to 30% rush charge and require expedited
shipping
- Tell us what you need - we will run as fast as we can
to make it happen for you
- We will discuss product options and solutions on the
spot
- You must provide proper print ready vector art (.eps
or .ai) and may need to waive seeing an art proof
- Product will be shipped via overnight service and charged
accordingly
- 5% of orders are Greyhound service

Promotional products are shipped directly to
you from our suppliers. Many of our suppliers are located
outside of Washington State, so allow time for shipping.
The majority of our silk-screening and embroidery products
are produced locally and can be picked up at the ZippyDogs
World Headquarters or shipped to you.
